The breakfast buffets were great and always filled up quickly. the hotel was conveniently located near the town square and hospital, and it only took a few minutes to walk to either.
One member of staff was rude, which put a damper on our Easter stay. It is sad to experience this type of behavior from anyone in a customer service position.

The hotel is ideally located near the major sites such as a hospital, shops and a park, making it convenient to explore the area. the staff is mostly friendly, helpful and accommodating, allowing an early check-in at no additional cost. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is good with restaurants nearby for other meals.
One staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful to guests, making for a very unpleasant experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating our early morning check-in request at no additional cost. The location of the hotel was convenient, being just minutes away from the main square, park, hospital, and shops. In addition, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. we were very satisfied with our experience.

The hotel was perfectly located, just a short walk from the main square, park and shops. The staff were mostly friendly and very helpful, especially when we needed to check-in early with no extra cost. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious and had a good variety of options. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a great stay.
Our experience was slightly marred by one member of staff who was rude and lacked manners. This really put a downer on an otherwise lovely stay.
